I am Tanvi Phalak a Senior Art Director,
 Serviceplan Innovation in Munich. Born and raised in Pune, India. Between instinct and structure. Concept and craft. Trained in graphic design, strategic thinking, and communications, I work across art direction, motion, visual systems, digital product thinking, and storytelling— building as much as I direct. I’ve worked on things across cannabis, space, fintech, women’s health, accessibility, textiles, and a few things that don’t fit neatly into categories. Most of the work happens with the right people. My work has been recognized with 800+ international awards, including D&AD, Cannes Lions, Clio, Webby, The One Club, 
SXSW, Fast Company, ADC, Red Dot, Awwwards, NYF, and Eurobest. In 2025, I was ranked the #2 Art Director at Cannes Lions. And yet, I’m still figuring things out. So are my parents. Especially when they have to explain what I do. When I’m not chronically online, I’m building an archive of illustrative, mythical creatures or watching films and short films at slightly obsessive levels.
